Uniper hires Rothschild for divisional sale – Handelsblatt

Uniper has hired Rothschild to run the sale of its German district heating business, newspaper Handelsblatt reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

The sale, which is one of the numerous requirements for obtaining EU approval for Uniper’s bailout last year, could be valued at 300 million to 400 million euros ($316 million to $421 million), the report said.

Uniper was not immediately available for comment.
