Shell to exit Pakistan unit with sale of shares -spokesman

Shell Pakistan said on Wednesday that parent company Shell (LON:RDSa) Petroleum Company (SPCo) would be exiting Pakistan with the sale of its 77% shareholding in the company.

Shell Petroleum Company (SPCo) suffered losses in 2022 due to exchange rates, the devaluation of the Pakistani rupee and overdue receivables.
